01  /  The work

Five jobs we do, every week,
for every client.

01 / Source

Verified decision-makers, fresh every week.

We pull a fresh list of UK B2B decision-makers matching your ICP every week. Multiple data sources stacked so coverage is genuinely complete, not just the obvious LinkedIn names. Every record carries its source URL, consent basis, and opt-out compliance status — full audit trail.

02 / Write

Sequences personalised at the line level.

AI-personalised email sequences drawn from each prospect's role, recent posts, and company signals. Not templated. Three sequence variants per ICP, weekly A/B testing. Reply rate target: 4–6%. Industry baseline: 1–2%.

03 / Send

Multi-domain sending, multi-channel cadence.

Multi-domain sending infrastructure, deliverability monitoring, automated warm-up. LinkedIn DMs to engaged-but-unreplied prospects. AI voice agent calls back the warmest contacts and books them — with full AI disclosure on every call. The first thing most "AI outbound" companies skip.

04 / Book

Qualified meetings, with a brief attached.

Meetings land directly on your sales team's calendar. Each booking arrives with a one-page brief — who, why, what to ask, what they replied. Your salesperson opens the meeting prepared, not cold.

05 / Report

Weekly written reports. No vague dashboards.

Every Monday: what's working, what's not, what we're changing this week. The first four weeks are about finding what lands; the rest of the engagement is about scaling it. We tell you when something isn't working before you ask.

02  /  The maths

An in-house SDR runs you £55–80k a year, ramps for four months, and might not work out.

14d
From contract signed to first sequence live. In-house SDRs take 8–16 weeks.
£100–167
Cost per qualified meeting on Growth tier. Against the £5k/mo retainer and 30–50 booked meetings.
4.2%
Target reply rate. Industry average is 1–2%. We bake the difference into copy quality and ICP targeting.
£60k
Annual savings vs a two-person SDR team for comparable output.
// Numbers based on UK SDR market rates (Glassdoor / Hired 2026) + LeadTrace target operating metrics. Real client results will vary; we publish them after each engagement.
03  /  How we work

Three phases. Two weeks to live.
Then it compounds.

W1 Discovery

We lock the target.

One 60-minute workshop. You bring your ICP, value prop, and biggest sales objections. We leave with everything needed to build your campaign — and the things we don't agree with, we tell you.

W2 Build

We build & warm up.

We source your first 500–3,000 prospects. Draft sequences. Spin up sending domains and warm them. Wire up your calendar. You sign off the copy; we don't ship without you.

W3+ Live

We run it.

Sequences go live. Meetings start landing. Weekly written report every Monday. The first four weeks are about finding what works, then the rest is scaling it.

04  /  Pricing

Three tiers. Monthly.
No per-meeting fees.

06  /  Honesty

Things we won't do,
so you don't have to ask.

//No per-meeting guarantees for new clients.

They shift all risk to us and quietly incentivise booking any meeting rather than qualified ones. We commit to active iteration if targets are missed — and we'll tell you in week 2 if your offer isn't strong enough.

//No AI calls that pretend to be human.

Every voice agent opens with disclosure that they're an AI assistant. UK regulators are tightening on this. Disclosed AI voice still converts within 20–30% of human SDR rates.

//No scraped consumer data, ever.

UK B2B contacts only, from compliant sources, with full opt-out audit. If a customer asks where their data came from, we can show them inside 30 seconds.

//No 12-month lock-ins.

Monthly billing, 30-day notice, all data exportable. If we're not earning the retainer each month, you should be able to leave each month.

07  /  Questions

The questions buyers actually ask.

How is this different from the other twenty UK lead-gen agencies?
Three things. One: we own our own dialler + AI voice tech, so the AI voice follow-up is built-in not bolted on. Two: we're UK-built and UK-compliant — GDPR / PECR consent capture is on every lead from day one. Three: 14-day onboarding, not 8 weeks. Most agencies charge more for less.
Can we start with a pilot, not a 12-month deal?
Yes — 3-month minimum commitment at any tier. That gives us enough runway to optimise and find what's working in your market. Sub-3-month commitments don't let us improve enough; the first four weeks of any outbound engagement are always rougher than steady-state.
We've been burned by lead-gen agencies before.
Most buyers have. Three things that are different here: (1) weekly written reports — no hiding behind dashboards; (2) full source-data audit trail on every prospect; (3) we'll tell you in week 2 if we don't think we can hit your targets, and we'll refund the unused portion of setup. That's the offer; we put it in writing.
What about GDPR and data protection?
Full audit trail on every prospect — source, opt-out status, consent basis. Joint-controller agreement signed at onboarding. Data Protection Impact Assessment provided. If you're ever audited by the ICO, your defence is already prepared.
What does "qualified meeting" actually mean?
We define it explicitly in the discovery workbook before kickoff. Default: prospect matches the agreed ICP, attended the meeting, has decision-making authority (or named the decision-maker), and articulated a problem we addressed. If a meeting fails this bar, it doesn't count towards your monthly target.
Can you do US, EU, or non-English markets?
Default scope is UK B2B. We can extend to US / EU markets on the Scale tier with a longer onboarding — different data sources, different compliance approach, sometimes different language. Quoted separately.

Stop talking about outbound.

15-minute discovery call. We'll tell you in the first 5 whether we're a fit — and if we're not, we'll point you at who you should be talking to instead.
