UK B2B · SALES AUTOMATION

Sales automation
that actually runs.

We build, fix and run the systems behind B2B outbound — enrichment, sequencing, CRM sync and reporting. Start with a workflow that has stopped working. Grow into a pipeline we run for you. UK limited company, working within UK GDPR and PECR.

What we do now,
and what comes next.

01 / Repair

Your automation stopped. We find out why.

Broken n8n, Make and Zapier workflows. Dead integrations, expired credentials, API changes nobody told you about, and the silent failures that have been quietly dropping records for weeks while the dashboard stayed green. Diagnosis first, written in plain English. Fixed quote second.

02 / Build

The pipeline you keep meaning to automate.

Lead enrichment, CRM sync, lead routing, follow-up sequences, reporting. The plumbing between the tools you already pay for and mostly operate by hand. Scoped, built, documented, handed over — with thirty days of fixes included.

03 / Report

Weekly written reports. No vague dashboards.

On anything we run for you: what's working, what isn't, what we're changing this week. We tell you when something isn't working before you have to ask. The same discipline applies to a £150 support retainer as to a full campaign.

04 / Source · 2027

Verified decision-makers, fresh every week.

UK B2B decision-makers matching your ICP, from multiple stacked sources rather than the obvious LinkedIn names. Every record carries its source, lawful basis and opt-out status. Part of managed outbound, which opens fully in 2027 — three pilot places are available before then.

05 / Send · 2027

Multi-domain sending, multi-channel cadence.

Sending infrastructure, deliverability monitoring, automated warm-up, LinkedIn to engaged-but-unreplied prospects, and every reply worked by hand until a meeting is booked. No auto-responders pretending to be human, and no calling of cold lists. Also 2027, also open to pilots now.

02  /  The honest numbers

Most agencies quote a reply rate they have never hit. Here are the real ones.

0.8–1.5%
A good B2B cold email meeting rate in 2026, as a share of prospects contacted. Top quartile reaches 3%. Anyone promising you more than that is selling something.
24h
To first diagnosis on a broken workflow. Whether the fix is same-week depends on what we find, and we tell you after looking rather than before.
£250+
Typical workflow repair. Builds start at £600. Neither needs a retainer, and the price is fixed before any work starts.
30d
Notice on anything ongoing. Monthly billing, everything documented, all work exportable if you leave.
// Meeting-rate figures are 2026 B2B cold email industry benchmarks, not a forecast of your results. Repair and build prices are typical starting points; every job is quoted after diagnosis.
03  /  How we work

Three steps. Usually inside a week.
No retainer to start.

01 Send it over

You tell us what broke.

Read-only access and your execution logs. Tell us what changed and when it last worked properly. No workshop, no discovery deck — a couple of messages is usually enough to get started.

02 Diagnosis

We find the cause, then quote.

You get the actual reason in plain English, not jargon. Then a fixed price. If it turns out to be a ten-minute fix, we say so and charge accordingly — we would rather have the next job than win this one twice over.

03 Fixed

We repair it and harden it.

The fix, tested against the case that broke it. Then error alerting, so the next failure announces itself instead of hiding for a month. Written handover so your team can maintain it without us.

04  /  Pricing

Priced per job.
No retainer to start.

Repair and build work is quoted after we have looked at it, never before. Managed outbound is in pilot until 2027 — three places, priced accordingly.

05  /  Pilot places

Three pilot places, before outbound opens properly.

Full managed outbound opens in 2027. Before then, three businesses get it at pilot pricing while we build the delivery system around real campaigns. We get the case study. You get it at a rate that will not exist afterwards.

06  /  Honesty

Things we won't do,
so you don't have to ask.

//No per-meeting guarantees for new clients.

They shift all risk to us and quietly incentivise booking any meeting rather than qualified ones. We commit to active iteration if targets are missed — and we'll tell you in week 2 if your offer isn't strong enough.

//No cold calling that breaches PECR.

We don't run automated marketing calls to cold prospects — ICO rules require specific prior consent that cold lists don't have. Where human calling is added, TPS and CTPS screening is run first, on every number.

//No scraped consumer data, ever.

UK B2B contacts only, from compliant sources, with full opt-out audit. If a customer asks where their data came from, we can show them inside 30 seconds.

//No 12-month lock-ins.

Monthly billing, 30-day notice, all data exportable. If we're not earning the retainer each month, you should be able to leave each month.

07  /  Questions

The questions buyers actually ask.

Will you work on automations you didn't build?
That's most of what we do. Workflows set up by a previous agency, built in-house by someone who has since left, or assembled in a hurry and quietly outgrown. We start with a diagnosis and tell you what's actually wrong before quoting the fix — including when the honest answer is that it needs rebuilding rather than patching.
How quickly can you look at something that's broken?
Usually within one working day for the diagnosis. Whether the fix lands the same week depends entirely on what we find, and we'd rather tell you after looking than promise before. If it's urgent and we can't get to it, we'll say so straight away rather than holding your problem in a queue.
How is this different from the other twenty UK agencies?
Mostly that we'll tell you the real numbers. A good B2B cold email meeting rate in 2026 is 0.8–1.5% of prospects contacted; plenty of agencies will quote you three or four times that. We publish benchmarks rather than promises, quote after diagnosis rather than before, and write plainly about what isn't working. On the repair side there's also just less competition — lots of people can follow a tutorial, far fewer can work out why someone else's workflow is failing.
We've been burned by lead-gen agencies before.
Most buyers have. Three things that are different here: (1) weekly written reports — no hiding behind dashboards; (2) full source-data audit trail on every prospect; (3) we'll tell you in week 2 if we don't think we can hit your targets, and we'll refund the unused portion of setup. That's the offer; we put it in writing.
What about GDPR and data protection?
On repair and build work we're your processor: we work to your instructions, on your systems, under a written agreement, and we don't retain your data afterwards. On outbound we keep a full audit trail on every prospect — source, lawful basis, opt-out status — and screen to corporate subscribers, since sole traders and most partnerships need consent under PECR. We're not lawyers and we won't pretend a checklist is legal advice, but we won't run anything that breaches ICO rules either.
What does "qualified meeting" mean on the outbound pilot?
Defined in writing before anything goes live. Default: the prospect matches the agreed ICP, attended, has decision-making authority or named the person who does, and articulated a problem you address. A meeting that fails that bar doesn't count. Note these are targets stated as ranges against published benchmarks — not guarantees, and we won't pretend otherwise to win the work.
Do you still do full managed outbound?
Not at full scale yet — it opens in 2027. Three pilot places are available now at £750 a month for six weeks, which is how we build the delivery system around real campaigns rather than in theory. If you need a full outbound programme today, say so on the call and we'll point you at someone who can do it properly rather than take the work and learn on you.

Something's broken.
Let's find out why.

15-minute call by phone. We ring you at the time you pick. Tell us what stopped working, and we'll tell you in the first five minutes whether it's something we can fix — and if it isn't, we'll point you at who you should be talking to instead.
